Terms & Conditions
Last updated: October 15, 2026
These terms describe the conditions for using the Klaq website and services, including CRM, time tracking, and invoicing. By using Klaq, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. Your account and organization
You must be legally able to enter into an agreement to use Klaq. Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and tell us through support if you suspect unauthorized access. If you create or manage an organization for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to act on its behalf. Organization administrators manage membership and access to organization information.
2. Acceptable use
Use Klaq lawfully and respect other people’s rights. Do not upload unlawful content, send spam, distribute malware, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or attempt to access accounts or information without permission. You are responsible for obtaining any permissions needed to store and use information about your customers, contacts, and team members.
3. Your content
You retain your rights to the content you provide, including contacts, projects, time entries, and invoice records. You give Klaq permission to host, process, and display that content as needed to provide and support the service. You are responsible for its accuracy, legality, and sharing settings. Keep copies of records you need for business, tax, or regulatory purposes.
4. Plans and payments
Features and usage limits depend on your plan. Planned features and prices are informational until made available for purchase. If you purchase a paid service, the price, billing frequency, renewal, cancellation, and refund conditions shown at checkout or in your separate agreement apply. Payments made by your customers against invoices are separate from Klaq subscription fees and may be subject to a payment provider’s terms.
5. Third-party services
Klaq may connect to third-party services for authentication, payments, email, support, or feedback. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. You decide whether to use optional integrations and are responsible for the information you share with them. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
6. Ownership of Klaq
Klaq’s software, branding, and website content belong to their respective owners. These terms allow you to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of the service or give you permission to copy, resell, or misuse its branding or protected materials.
7. Availability and changes
We may update features, maintain the service, or change usage limits. Availability may be interrupted by maintenance, technical problems, or events outside our control. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Material changes affecting a paid service are subject to the applicable agreement and law.
8. Suspension and ending use
You may stop using Klaq at any time. Contact support for account closure requests. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks, legal requirements, or a breach of these terms. Where practical and lawful, we will explain the issue and allow an opportunity to resolve it. Data handling after closure is described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Klaq is provided as available, without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation. Its invoicing and reporting tools do not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice. Review documents and calculations before relying on them. To the extent permitted by law, Klaq is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Updates and contact
We may revise these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies the latest version. Where required, we will provide notice of material changes. For questions about these terms or your account, contact Klaq through the support chat on this website. Mandatory rights under applicable law continue to apply.
